Sam is a strategic and operational leader who delivers complex programmes, drives organisational change, and enables growth through technology, process improvement and data-led decision making.
That work currently runs across two roles: Programme Manager at the City of Edinburgh Council, and HubSpot Consultant and Certified Trainer at AutomateNow. It means being equally comfortable inside rigid governance frameworks, where accountability and assurance matter most, and in commercial environments where strategic alignment and long-term value do.
The consulting work goes beyond tool implementation. It is the conversation above it: growth, enablement, process design, CRM adoption and operational maturity. Then staying involved long enough to see the return arrive.
